Everey room is whit saparete toalet and bath, balkon ,TV,internet..Whe have a nice yard,barbeqy.
The Region is very quiet and calm.Near by house have a nice beach and from around 5 km it’s a beautiful and big camping site Gradina.
Chernomorec- its between Burgas and Sozopol-in the black sea coast, 18 km to Burgas and 5 km to Sozopol. In Burgas have a airport and in summer have a chartere from many country.In Bulgaria the bigest airports is Sofia,Varna i Burgas

Chernomoretz, a small town (about 1000 inhabitants), located just a couple a kilometres south nearby one of biggest cities in Bulgaria, Bourgas. The town is located between the Akra and Talasakra capes. The town's beach is rocky provides secluded spots for swimming, sun bathing and fishing. One admirable local trait is the abundance of shrubbery and flowers attached to most houses, restaurants and cafes.
Recent construction has resulted in a buyer's market of attractive and well-built small and medium-sized houses and hotels. The Chernomoretz camping site, together with the near by Gradina and Zlatna Ribka (to the south, on the way to Sozopol) provide alternative accommodation.
Chernomorets' location between Bourgass and Sozopol affords convenient access to either town for entertainment and nightlife; local offerings are mainly limited to cafe hopping. One of the finest beaches in the region is just south of town at the Gradina campground. It's an easy walk or a quick taxi ride along the pothole-filled access road. Private vans depart at regular intervals from Bourgass (20 km; 30 mins,) and stop at Chernomorets enroute to Sozopol.
