The restaurant can cater for up to 22 normally and as many as 50 for functions. Cooking in the commercial and private kitchens is a mix of gas and electric.
The owner's villa takes up one side of the courtyard and consists of five bedrooms, a bathroom, WC, and several storage rooms on the first floor with two reception rooms, 2 WCs, storage rooms, and kitchen on the ground floor. Heating in the villa is by oil fired central heating.
Most bedrooms in the villa are equipped with built-in wardrobes.
It is sold as a going concern and the owner is prepared to assist with training in the operation of the reservation systems if required.
Guest furniture and fittings are included in the price. The price includes agents commission but excludes notary fees.
Attractions
The property comes comes with over 3 hectares of land including two private water supplies (well and spring), garden, childrens' playground, pond, car-park and mountaintop. The entire building is approximately 500m2, all of which is habitable.
