The house is also about an hour's drive from the Sierra Nevada, thus giving mild winter temperatures, yet being practical for both skiing in the winter and the beach in the summer.
We used this as our family home before relocating back to the USA. It would serve as an excellent primary home, summer home, or vacation rental.
