This area has been given Assisted Area Status from the EU and large funds are being poured into the area for regeneration. A marina is being built approx 3 minutes away in Cobholm, on the river front which is 3 streets away.
All main shopping centres are within an easy walk, about 2 minutes away and on major bus an train routes. The nearest city is Norwich which is 20 miles away. Norwich has its own international airport.
